Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $220 CAD.
  • US orders under $220 CAD will ship with a flat rate of $48 (CAD).
  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 7–9 business days of purchase.
  • Non-luxury items (including sale items and past collections) are shipped by letter mail to keep costs low and typically do not include tracking.
  • Luxury item orders are shipped in our custom logo lingerie boxes (with a discreet, unmarked outer box) and include tracking.
  • If you would like tracking on a non-luxury order, please request it via our contact form before placing your order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

  • Canada: usually 7–12 business days (may be longer due to postal delays).
  • Canada & U.S.: usually 12–14 business days (may be longer due to customs or postal delays).
  • International: shipping times vary by country.

International Orders

  • All international sales are final sale.
  • Customs fees, import duties, and additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
