Standard Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping on:
  • All US orders over $150 USD.
  • All Canadian orders over $220 CAD.
    
• Orders below the free shipping threshold will ship with the following shipping fees:
  • US: $10 USD
  • Canada: $35 USD
• All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days of purchase.
• Luxury item orders are shipped in our custom logo lingerie boxes (with a discreet, unmarked outer box).
• Non-luxury items (including sale items and past collections) are shipped by letter mail in shipping bags to keep costs low.

Delivery Times

• US: usually 3–5 business days.
• Canada: usually 12–14 business days (may be longer due to customs or postal delays).
• International: shipping times vary by country.

International Orders

• All international sales are final sale.
• Customs fees, import duties, and additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
