Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.
- US orders under $150 will ship with a flat rate of $10.
- All orders are processed and shipped out within 7–9 business days of purchase.

Non-luxury items (including sale items and past collections) are shipped by letter mail to keep costs low and typically do not include tracking.

Luxury item orders are shipped in our custom logo lingerie boxes (with a discreet, unmarked outer box) and include tracking.
- If you would like tracking on a non-luxury order, please request it via our contact form before placing your order.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
- US: usually 7–12 business days (may be longer due to postal delays).
- Canada: usually 12–14 business days (may be longer due to customs or postal delays).
- International: shipping times vary by country.
International Orders
- All international sales are final sale.
- Customs fees, import duties, and additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
