Eligibility

  • Returns are only available to customers in Canada.

  • U.S. and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Clearance items are also final sale.

Returns

If you are a Canadian customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Try-On Policy

For Canadian customers: please wear undergarments when trying on panties, thongs, or teddies until you are certain you wish to keep them.

How to Return

  1. Email info@engedilingerie.com with your reason for return.

  2. Mail the item(s) to:

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit by email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.

  • Original shipping fees (including any priority shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original piece for store credit and place a new order.

Defects & Damages

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@engedilingerie.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in new condition (e.g., smelling of smoke, pets, or detergent).

  • Items missing components (e.g., all pieces of a set must be returned together).

  • Clearance items and international orders.
