Returns are only available to customers in Canada.

U.S. and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Clearance items are also final sale.
Returns
If you are a Canadian customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
Try-On Policy
For Canadian customers: please wear undergarments when trying on panties, thongs, or teddies until you are certain you wish to keep them.

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (including any priority shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original piece for store credit and place a new order.
Defects & Damages
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@engedilingerie.com.
